Shyam Umasankar K K, Founder and Managing Trustee. As founder, Shyam is passionate about serving to the society in terms of education, agriculture and environment. Being a hard core proven HR professional with rich experience in global e learning leaders he specialized in recruitment's and HR general operations . Now he is with a leading educational institution as a professor, trainer and all things related to institution development to build the instituition image as big as possible. When he is out of desk, he loves swimming, quick drive or spending time in watching movies with his family.

Maheshwari Shyam, Joint Management Trustee. As a trustee, she is liable to hold the assets and responsible for financial planning and record keeping. She is a masters from a prestigious university in India and comes with 5 + years of experience in audit industry. When she is out of desk, she loves travelling and enjoys cooking south Indian dishes both veg and non veg.,

Ponkarthikeyan, Chief adviser to the Managing Trustee. As a well wisher of the board he will guide the board in proper way in all angles of social service offered by SF. He earned a bachelors in sociology and a masters in Administration and comes up with rich and varied experience in the field of teaching and corporate training. When he isn't at work we can find him in educational institutions to conduct FDP and MDP by delivering speech in regard to gratitude, joy of giving, law of attraction to the faculties who have more passion to grow well in the society and have a strong committment to shape their students individual growth and development.

Mathan K A, Chief Adviser - Technology. He believe, Thinking is the first step of Innovation. A Highly Self-Motivated person and Committed actions towards solving any challenge undertaken. He is the Tech Enthusiast who works on Web apps and Mobile apps.
